WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please contact customer support for every return and exchange before shipment or the package will be sent back.

Online purchases are valid for refund in the original payment method within 14 days of the ship date. Orders returned after 14 days, but within 30 days, from the ship date are ONLY valid for exchange or store credits. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges after 30 days period. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Postage for returns will be at customer's expense and all returned items must be accompanied by the invoice or the return request will not be processed.

In-store returns, within 30 days of the ship date, are only valid for exchanges or store credits ONLY. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the invoice or the return request will not be processed.

GIFT CARDS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES (I.E. SOCKS, HATS, ETC), DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AS WELL AS ITEMS MARKED AS "SALE" ARE ALL FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
